Shipping policy

4- DELIVERY OF THE MATERIAL

We deliver to all addresses in Kos island. We will deliver at the address you indicated us in the order form. In case of delivery address change after the order, please update Little Travellers Kos via e-mail or WhatsApp. In case the delivery area changes, charges may apply.

We will deliver in Kos area between 17.00 and 21.00 the day prior to your rental starting date, at the address agreed. To the airport we deliver as agreed, upin arrival. The shopped items are delivered as agreed, usually within minimum 2 days after the order or later, when this is desired. It is your responsibility to advise us about the desired delivery date.  For deliveries outside our service times we reserve the right to charge extra cost for the delivery.

Delivery costs (VAT included):
· 0 euros for any order to be delivered in Kos Town area (including Lambi, Psalidi, Agios Fokas) 7 days a week.

· 7 euros for any order to be delivered in Tigaki and Marmari area, 7 days a week.

· 10 euros for any order to be delivered in Kardamena, Mastichari, Antimachia, Kefalos & airport area, 7 days a week.

For a smooth delivery, it is important that the accommodation address and contact details are correct in the order. Also you need to inform your accommodation/host in advance that you are expecting these items to be delivered at your name prior to you arrival / beginning of the rental period.

In case of events out of our control and cases of force majeure (strikes, storms, delays in the return of previous rentals, etc) we may be obliged to delay or annulment delivery, in which case we cannot be held responsible for their direct or indirect consequences. In such a case you will be informed accordingly and offered options.

All rental items are delivered clean and in good condition, with proper packaging when needed. You must check the items when received. In case the item is not in good condition or does not correspond with the equipment ordered, you should inform us immediately in order to replace the item.
