TERMS AND CONDITIONS LITTLE TRAVELLERS KOS
1- GENERAL DEFINITIONS
This website is operated by LITTLE TRAVELLERS KOS. By visiting this site and renting or buying something, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
In this agreement “You” are the Client and “We” are Little Travellers Kos.
2 – PRESENTATION OF THE ACTIVITY:
Little Travellers Kos rents baby equipment and sells baby essentials in Kos island, Greece. The rental period is from one or from three days (depending on the rental item) to 14 days maximum.
The renting service is subject to availability, and it refers to all the items that can be rented through our website. The photographs and texts on the site are not contractual, and there may be slight variations that will not affect the quality nor the renting agreement.
3- ORDER
The order should be made through our website. We will confirm the order as soon as the order has been received.
Payment is done online with credit/debit card or PayPal. The payment is charged two days prior to the delivery. The order is considered validated once we receive your payment. This fact brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The rental period begins on the date you choose as start date on the website. The end date is the last day of your rental (included) and the rental item is collected back to Little Travellers Kos on the next day from the end date (from 08.00 the day after the end date). The entire rental period will be charged even in case of early return.
Before the payment details you have to choose the shipping area in Kos. In case the shipping area is wrong, we have the right to amend it and the order will be charged accordingly. Of course you will be notified from the change before we proceed to charge the order.
In case the shipping address is unclear and has not been clarified when requested with e-mail or message, we have the right to cancel the order.
4- DELIVERY OF THE MATERIAL
We deliver to all addresses on Kos island. We will deliver at the address you indicated us in the order form. In case of delivery address change after the order, please update Little Travellers Kos via e-mail or WhatsApp. In case the delivery area changes, charges may apply.
We will deliver in Kos area between 17.00 and 21.00 the day prior to your rental starting date, at the address agreed. The shopped items are delivered as agreed, usually within minimum 2 days after the order or later, when the desired date is further away. It is your responsibility to advise us about the desired delivery date. For deliveries outside our service times we reserve the right to charge extra cost for the delivery.
Delivery costs (VAT included):
· 0 euros for any order to be delivered in Kos Town area (including Lambi, Psalidi, Agios Fokas) 7 days a week, between 17.00-21.00
· 7 euros for any order to be delivered in Tigaki and Marmari area, 7 days a week, between 17.00-21.00
· 10 euros for any order to be delivered in Kardamena, Mastichari & Kefalos area, 7 days a week, between 17.00-21.00
For a smooth delivery, it is important that the accommodation address and contact details are correct in the order. Also you need to inform your accommodation/host in advance that you are expecting these items to be delivered at your name prior to you arrival / beginning of the rental period.
In case of events out of our control and cases of force majeure (strikes, storms, delays in the return of previous rentals, etc) we may be obliged to delay or annulment delivery, in which case we cannot be held responsible for their direct or indirect consequences. In such a case you will be informed accordingly and offered options.
All rental items are delivered clean and in good condition, with proper packaging when needed. You must check the items when received. In case the item is not in good condition or does not correspond with the equipment ordered, you should inform us immediately in order to replace the item.
5-USE OF THE RENTAL ITEMS
All equipment rented remain at all times the property of Little Travellers Kos. The rented equipment is for private use only.
You have to carefully read the instructions that we will supply with the equipment prior to its use and to follow the instructions at all times while using the equipment.
You have to take care and ensure the safekeeping of the equipment.
You have to use the equipment in a safe and sensible manner and in accordance with both the purpose for which it was supplied and the manufacturer’s instructions.
As it is required during the course of any other activity, the supervision of an adult is mandatory while children are using any of the rented items.
The assembly of the provided items will be carried out by you. The majority of our items are provided totally or partially assembled.
6- CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT ON RETURN
At the end of the rental period you must return the material in the same good condition in which you received it.
When returning the equipment rented, in case a product or part of it, is damaged, broken, lost or stolen, making it temporarily or permanently unusable for a new location, you will be charged with the market value of the product in question.
The equipment must be returned with the same packaging system (as/if provided at delivery). If the packaging system is damaged or destroyed, additional amounts will be charged.
All items must be returned clean. If the item is returned dirty, additional cleaning amount will be charged for the cleaning.
In case the material has not been returned to us after the rental period has finished, you will be charged with the market value of the product in question.
7- CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your contract with us you must notify us in writing, by email in the address littletravellerskos@gmail.com. The cancellation is free until 2 days prior to the start of the rental /delivery time.
In case you cancel your order or part of within 2 days from the start of the rental/delivery time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 7 Euros and the rest of the amount payed will be returned to you.
The entire rental period will be charged regardless of the events that reduce the number of days of use of equipment, and even in case of early return.
Little Travellers Kos reserves the right to refuse the rental or cancelling the order in cases like: no stock availability, failure of order payment, delivery outside area, etc. Once you have been notified by us that we are cancelling your contract any sum you paid will be entirely return to your account within 5 working days of the cancellation of the contract between us.
8. LITTLE TRAVELLERS KOS RESPONSABILITY
If the equipment we deliver is not what you ordered or is damaged or defective we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately when received. You must check the material when received. In case the material is not in good condition or does not correspond with the equipment ordered, you should inform us immediately and you can choose to receive a full refund or ask for replacement. In that case we will do our best to replace the equipment as soon as possible.
Little Travellers Kos is not responsible for any accident, damage or injury which may occur due to the inappropriate use of the provided items.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses and we shall have no liability to pay any amount to you by anyway of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the equipment in question.
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law and the Greek courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.littletravellerskos.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we mention “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Personal Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above (for example our accountant). Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through email littletravellerskos@gmail.com
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
